These Terms govern your use of L2HY’s free and paid services, communities, and digital products.

1) Services
L2HY provides edutainment content, communities, toolkits, courses, and related resources across topics such as credit, business, AI, real estate, trading, systems, and marketing. Services may be free or paid and are delivered digitally (often immediately upon purchase).
2) Accounts & Access
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
- Access to paid tiers requires successful payment and ongoing compliance with these Terms.
3) Billing, Refunds & Cancellations
- All sales are final. Because access and downloads are delivered instantly, no refunds will be issued after a payment is processed.
- Membership renewals: You may cancel at any time; however, cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for the upcoming period. Later cancellations take effect the following cycle.
- Payments are processed by third‑party processors (e.g., Stripe, crypto providers); we do not store full card details.

4) Affiliate Disclosure
We promote certain third‑party products/services via affiliate links and may earn commissions at no extra cost to you. We recommend offers we believe provide value to our members.
5) Community Rules & Prohibited Conduct
- No illegal activity, harassment, hate speech, spam, or exploitation.
- Do not share or redistribute L2HY content or member‑only materials without permission.
- We may remove content or restrict access at our discretion to protect the community.
6) Intellectual Property
All L2HY content, characters, branding, videos, documents, and course materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without written consent.

- Educational & entertainment purposes only; not legal, tax, financial, or investment advice.
- We do not guarantee outcomes. Earnings Disclaimer: examples or case studies illustrate potential results only; your results vary based on effort, skills, and market conditions.
8) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, L2HY and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the services.
9) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, risk to the community, or unlawful activity.
10) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
11) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with the updated Effective Date.
